John Grahek

MFC Manager

John started his career in the metal casting industry after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology/Metal Casting in the 1980's. John worked for Grinnell Corporation's iron foundry in Statesboro, Georgia for ten years in various capacities. During this time, he received his Master's of Technology from Georgia Southern University. In 1998, John relocated back home to Iowa to work for Clow Valve Company as the Assistant Plant Manager over the brass and iron foundries and in 2018 was promoted to Plant Manager. John currently serves on the executive board of directors for the Foundry Education Foundation (FEF) as Vice Chair, the nation board of the American Foundry Society (AFS), and is a member of the industrial advisory board for University of Northern Iowa's Metal Casting Program.
