McWane joined the ISN Network several years ago in order to streamline our contractor management across the many McWane divisions by clearly communicating our requirements and expectations to contractors.  Last week, seven McWane team members from McWane Ductile - Utah, Getz Manufacturing, Solberg, Amerex and McWane, Inc. attended the ISN Connect conference in Dallas, Texas which was also attended by 1,500 contractors and hiring clients.

There was a diverse group of speakers from around the world and many different types of industries.  President Bill Clinton was the keynote speaker.  The McWane team attended group and break-out sessions on a number of topics related to contractor qualification and management best practices, specific ISN functionality and other related issues.

McWane team member Teri Lavette said, “We learned a lot of information that we will be sharing with those in the company who deal with ISN and who were unable to attend.”
